Cirencester College timetable improvements

• On the lunchtime journeys, the C1 will run via Redhouse and Oakhurst instead of Thamesdown Drive. Morning and afternoon journeys are slightly retimed for reliability.

• The C2 will be rerouted via Salzgitter Drive to pick up students that currently catch the C8, and Lady Lane for students who currently catch the C53.
• It will also be rerouted after leaving the Link Centre to run via Eastleaze (Bus Link), Chelmsford Road and Shaw Road instead of Mead Way and Whitehill Way in West Swindon.
• The C2 will no longer serve the Mead Way stops with the added benefit of the alternative stops being positioned in an area better suited to the residential district.

Please check this timetable carefully as there are several changes.

• The C3 lunchtime journey is withdrawn and replaced by the C1 lunchtime journey
• Morning and afternoon journeys are also retimed for reliability.

• The C4 route number will be withdrawn and replaced by the new C11 (see below) with existing students to use either the C5 in the Wanborough, Liddington, Coate and Covingham areas or the C6 in the Lower Stratton and Kingsdown areas.

• The C5 is completely revised to start at Wanborough by the new development at Redlands.
• It will continue via the Brewers Arms, Liddington and Coate Water to replace the C4 and then pick up its existing route to Covingham.
• It will also serve the Covingham stops for students who currently catch the C4 and then through Stratton to the College. 

Please check this timetable carefully as there are several changes.

• The C6 will now start in the morning at one minute earlier at Spencer Close in Stanford-in-the-Vale, to pick up the students who currently board there.
• After Stratton Park, the C6 will run through Lower Stratton and Kingsdown to pick up students who currently catch the C4.
• A lunchtime journey will also be introduced on the route from this date operating the same route. 

• The C7 has no change to its routing or pickups and only minor changes to the timetable for reliability.

• The C8 will no longer divert from Thamesdown Drive into Salzgitter Drive to serve the Vygon stop. Students from this stop will instead be served by the rerouted C2 as mentioned above. 

As a result the C8 times are changed throughout the route - please check your timetable carefully.

• The C9 route will not change between Wroughton and Swindon town centre but will no longer pick up passengers after the Fire Station stop, after which it will run non stop to the college.
• Students for stops in Gorse Hill and Penhill will instead be served by new route C11 (see below). The route has minor retiming's for reliability throughout.

• The C10 has no change to its routing or pickups, only minor changes to the timetable for reliability.

• The C11 is a new route number following the major restructure of the C4, C5 and C9 - it will start from Coate Water stopping along the length of Queen’s Drive, then through County Road, Gorse Hill and Penhill to pick up students who currently catch the C9.

• The C53 will no longer pick up at Abbey Stadium and students will be served by the rerouted C2 (see above). 

As a result, the timings on the route have been amended slightly for reliability please check your timetable carefully.

• The C59 (operated by Pulhams Coaches) has been retimed for reliability.
