Free Travel for Military Personnel on Armed Forces Day

We are offering free travel for current and veteran military personnel on Saturday 28 June.  People in our region are rightfully proud of our country’s Armed Forces — and so are we.  At Swindon Bus Company, we want to show our appreciation for the incredible dedication and bravery of our servicemen and women.

The work our troops have done — and continue to do — in incredibly challenging conditions around the world is deeply humbling. While it’s only a small gesture, we hope free travel helps personnel attend local events or spend time with loved ones on this special day.

To travel for free on Saturday 28 June, simply wear your military uniform, display your medals, or show a valid military or veteran ID card when boarding.
