We've teamed up with Swindon Borough Council and Stagecoach to find a Brilliant Bus Driver as part of Catch the Bus Month
The one-off campaign, delivered by Swindon Borough Council and local Bus Service Improvement Plan (BSIP) partners, including Swindon's Bus Company and Stagecoach West, celebrates the drivers who go the extra mile every day. Whether that's providing a friendly welcome, helping a passenger in need, supporting vulnerable customers or delivering outstanding customer service, passengers are invited to share their stories.
Everyone who submits a nomination can also choose to enter a free prize draw for the chance to win one month's free bus travel via the Swindon's Bus Company app.
Our drivers take great pride in supporting customers and connecting communities across Swindon. We regularly receive wonderful feedback about the difference they make to people's journeys, and we're delighted to support this campaign and help celebrate their achievements.
How to nominate your Brilliant Bus Driver
To help identify the driver, we'd love you to provide the below details:
• Date and time of travel
• Route/service and direction of travel
• Driver's name (if known) or description
• Details of why they are making the nomination
• Their contact details
